When I was in junior high and high school, I felt that I had to have all of the best cosmetics and beauty products, and one of the things I was addicted to was Hard Candy’s neon and glitter ring-topped nail polishes.

Of course, when I was a teenager I didn’t exactly have the means to afford my beauty habit, but the majority of my minimum wage always went towards makeup. It seems as though Hard Candy has finally caught up with my wallet (because let’s face it, in this recession, it still feels like I’m only making minimum wage), and has relaunched their line at Wal-Mart. It’s the same great colors and products that they’ve always had, but nothing in the line is over $10. That’s enough to give any girl a sweet tooth.
