Wouldn’t life be easier if you could share more products with your man? We buy multiple shampoos, soaps and deodorants simply because some are labeled “Men” and others “Women”. While I don’t condone the sharing of deodorant or mandate the use of floral shampoos by men (unless that’s your thing, I guess — be my guest), I do think it would be nice to share once in a while. D&G Recently put out a line of five unisex scents that are made to mix and match. I thought it was a pretty cool idea, so I sampled each scent to see what the fuss was all about.

The fragrances are Le Bateleur (1), L’Imperatrice (3), L’Amoureux (6), La Roue de la Fortune (10), and La Lune (18). Each scent has a theme, ranging from seductive to creative to hypnotizing, and overall they are nice. Plus, you can’t beat that racy ad with Claudia, Naomi and Eva (and some boys).

I honestly can’t see a lot of men wearing these fragrances because most of them are really floral. My favorite was L’Imperatrice (3), because it wasn’t overly sweet or floral. My least favorite was La Roue de la Fortune (10), because it was overwhelmingly musky and spicy, which is just not my favorite when it comes to scents. Test them out at your local department store or beauty specialty store to see which one you like best. They are available for purchase separately in 3.3oz bottles for $65, or you can buy a set of all five in 0.67oz bottles for the same price.

Now, how cute will it be when you and your boyfriend unwrap the same gift from each other this Christmas?
