Estée Lauder’s Year of the Tiger Perfume Compact

As I was flipping through Allure magazine earlier this month, I noticed that Estée Lauder’s annual holiday compact is out, and it’s… ferocious. Behold, the collectible “Year of the Tiger” solid perfume compact. This little golden tiger with sparkly green eyes holds a solid version of Estée Lauder’s ‘Beautiful’ perfume inside.

My question is very serious: Where does this compact open? Does he have a hinged head? Maybe the top half comes off? I just keep looking at it and wondering how it works. Clearly someone has figured it out since these compacts seem to be sold out everywhere! Estée Lauder has become quite famous for their memorable collectible compacts, and this one is no exception!
