Pinched cheeks are making their way from runway to the streets. The look of fresh, youthful tinted cheeks is one of the top beauty trends for Spring/Summer 2010.
Tarte makes a gel water-based “Cheek Flush”, that is oil-free and alcohol-free too.
You get a delicious choice of eight beautiful colors. The “Blissful”, (a peachy pink tint available only at sephora.com) is one of my favorite makeup staples for skin that just needs a sheer pinch of color. This color works great on most skin tones, but if you want more color, “Blushing Bride”, (a sheer deep plum shade) will do the job.
How to use:
Apply a small amount on a sponge, stipple the color just beneath the cheek bones and blend upwards until the color is evenly distributed over the apples of cheeks into the hairline.
For less definition, apply it just in the apples of cheeks and blend upwards. If you’ve applied too much, take some loose powder and brush it over the cheeks lightly to soften the color.
