Quick Holiday Hair Fix

I am completely and totally inept when it comes to styling my hair. My routine goes as follows: wash, dry upside-down and pray for volume, maybe hit a few strands with the curling iron if I have time. You won’t find me with any fancy up-dos, because I’m terrible at creating them. A quick solution to make your look a little more special for the holidays is a headband or fun clip, like these from Jennifer Behr.

You can wear your hair down with this look, or if you can manage to sweep it up into a bun, you can create a really chic look.

If you aren’t a headband sort of girl, you can always try clipping back a few strands with a pretty barrette, like this Crystal Wing ($68). Of course, you can find cheaper alternatives in department stores, but after seeing these in person at Henri Bendel, they will be hard to beat!
