The 2009 Tokyo Nail Expo on November 30th showcased the Japanese affinity for intricate pieces of art, such as sculptural bubblegum machines, Hello Kitty and much much more.

You can flaunt lace for your wedding, marine life for your island vacation, or anything else for that matter, and you’ll be sure to be the center of attention. I can’t imagine how many hours it takes for such detail and craftsmanship, but it certainly is a work of art. I just wonder how you can even get dressed in the morning without a piece falling off?
