White eyeliners are making a return for spring/summer 2010. This colorless pencil made its appearance at the Anna Sui Spring 2010 Show. The makeup was a classic look of natural eyeshadows, plenty of black mascara, rosy cheeks, and eyes softly outlined in white eyeliner on the inside rim of the lower lids.

Pro Tips:
-To create a more doe eyed, doll like look, add some black eyeliner just along the bottom lash line. Follow up with lots of mascara.

-Wear the white liner alone just on the inside rim of the lower eyelids, for a natural bright-eyed look.

- Apply the white liner over the eyelids, slightly thicker than normal. Apply darker eyeliner just along the lash liner to create a strong highlighted eyelid
