I tend to shy away from Bath and Body Work’s products, mainly because they remind me of my middle school days. But when I tried their Shea Cashmere Hand Cream, I quickly realized that Bath and Body Works products will forever be one of my winter staples.

Who doesn’t have a problem with dry, cracked skin in the winter months? Sometimes it’s almost painful, especially when it comes to dry hands. And while most Bath and Body Works lotions moisturize briefly, none of them have ever blown me out of the water. But their Shea Cashmere Hand Cream literally made me ooh and ahhh the second I applied it. And hours later, my skin was still soft.

Shea Cashmere Hand Cream is part of Bath and Body Works True Blue Spa line. It has a scent a bit like sugar cookies, which some could find a little bit too strong. However, the scent fades away fairly quickly, while the lotions softening effects, stay for the long-term. The hand lotion isn’t greasy at all; a welcome relief considering many of the lotions that actually soften skin have a greasy residue. It actually makes your hands feel as close to cashmere as they could probably get.

The 2.5 oz. tube the hand cream comes in is perfect for throwing in your purse for emergency lotion applications. Bath and Body Works is selling it for $12, but often has deals on their True Blue Spa products as well. A little bit of the hand cream goes a long way, so the 2.5 oz. should last you quite a while. I haven’t yet tried the Shea Cashmere Body Cream or Body Lotion, but can’t wait to make my whole body feel like cashmere!
