You probably have a routine for your makeup in the morning. Mine goes: concealer, tinted moisturizer, blush, eyelid primer, eyeliner, eyeshadow, mascara. And repeat. Given the often short amount of time that I have to get myself ready in the morning and my comfort level with the products that I already use, I pretty much give myself the same face every day. As I mentioned in my post about cleaning out your beauty products yesterday, I have about 15 different types of the same colors of eyeshadow and lip color because I know they look good on me. And it’s not pretty. By now, you’ve probably all seen the pictures from People Magazine of Kate Gosselin’s hair extensions. I mean, you can’t really blame her for changing it up after the number of Kate Gosselin Halloween wigs that surfaced this year, but can we all just let out a collective “NOOOOOOOOOOO!!!” right now? Good. I have to say that I’m not the biggest Kate fan out there… I feel badly for her through this tough divorce, and I feel even more badly for those poor kids, but watching her neurotic, controlling personality on TV makes me cringe a bit. You may have seen Penelope Cruz in the ads for L’Oreal’s newest mascara. I confess, I have a total girl-crush on her and I’d love to be as much of a bombshell as she is (with my blonde hair and see-though pale skin, I’ve accepted that this is probably not happening for me).
