There’s a new mascara by Clinique called High Lengths Mascara that is supposed to give you volume and length instantly. The wand is specially designed to give your lashes length without clumping. The unique wand is a long thin comb curved into a slight slant.

The reviews on Sephora.com look pretty good. Everyone’s feedback seems to be consistently positive. No clumping, separate lashes and also adds volume instantly.

Apparently this mascara isn’t waterproof, but because it is polymer based, which is a first for Clinique, the product is considered smudge-proof.

It comes in two colors, black and brown with a reasonable retail price of $14. I think I will pick one up for myself first before purchasing them for my make-up kit.

Pro Tips:
Curl the lashes if possible before the application of the mascara. Also, make sure the excess mascara is wiped off the sides of the wand too. Take the wand, and sweep underneath the lashes on the outer corner of the eyes. Then, apply the same technique softly over the top of the lashes, starting the sweeping scoop motion at the base of the lash line. Gently tap the lower lashes too for more definition.
