Each year, Marc Jacobs releases a new set of limited edition body splash fragrances. I’m a regular user of Marc’s signature perfume, but sometimes during the summer months it’s nicer to just use a lighter scent (I’m no scientist, but I seem to remember from a science class that the warmer the weather is, the faster molecules move, making perfumes seem stronger). The new collection of scents are inspired by things in a patisserie shop (Look at the macarons in the ad! So cute!!), so you can be sure they’ll be yummy!
The new scents are Pomegranate, Apple, and Biscotti — perfect scents for the warmer months if you ask me! I’m really interested in the Pomegranate scent, because it could be too sweet but if its done right it could be fantastic! I’m also wondering what the Biscotti will smell like — Nutty? Sweet? Who knows? I can’t wait to get to a store and test them out!
I haven’t seen these on shelves yet at Sephora, but Nordstrom is already selling them online. Each splash is 10 oz. and costs $68. It might seem a little pricey, but if you love the scent it will be worth it since you’ll never be able to get it again! I still have my bottle of Marc Jacobs Fig Splash from a few seasons ago, and it’s a definite pick-me-up!

I’m wondering what the Biscotti scent would smell like too. Strange. Wouldn’t mind smelling like a macaroon though. Hehe.
