Davines Well-Being De Stress Muesli & Yogurt Shampoo and Conditioner

I won’t lie — one really cool thing about Fashion Week is all of the freebies. Free chocolate, free champagne, and even a free mini bundt cake from a friendly German man at the Lufthansa booth. Jinra and I went to the Timo Weiland presentation this weekend, and we were excited to find hair products from Davines in the awesome tote bags that we left with.

Davines was responsible for the hair at the show, and we got to test out their Well-Being De Stress Muesli & Yogurt Shampoo and Conditioner. First of all, I really love natural yogurt scented products, like the Yoghurt Cooling Gel from Korres. It is just a really fresh scent, so it makes sense that it would work well in a de-stressing shampoo. Muesli is a cereal grain, sort of like oatmeal. So essentially this shampoo combines two delicious breakfast foods to relax you in the shower!

I really enjoy the scent of the products, and I have to admit that it was quite relaxing. The shampoo formula is thin and runny, so you have to be sure to thoroughly wet your hair so that you can work it into a good lather. The bottle says that it works on all hair types — it worked perfectly well on my light hair, but I imagine that it might take more product to work into a good lather on a thicker head of hair.
