Keeping your skin moisturized and hydrated is a full-time job. It’s beneficial to put a moisturizer on in the morning before your makeup as well as before bed when you’re skin is repairing while you sleep. Although creams you put on the outside of your skin provide nourishment and reduce the look of fine lines and wrinkles, it’s just as important to monitor what you put in your body too. Don’t forget that the inside reflects the outside too.

Drinking eight glasses of water a day is challenging…I think mostly because you have to go to the bathroom so much! However, I do notice that when I haven’t drank enough water throughout the day, my “thinking” wrinkles on my forehead seem to stay put…I’m not ready for wrinkles yet!

The way I get myself to drink water is by carrying a reusable water bottle with me at all times. It even goes in my purse so I have it everywhere I go. So if you’re constantly drinking soda and coffee throughout the day, a water bottle near your side will remind you to take care of your skin.
