Bath and Body Works is the Most Popular Gift Card

The Global Prepaid Exchange, a research group, polled 2,300 Americans to find out what their preferred gift cards were to receive. The number one choice was Bath and Body Works!

I’m honestly a little surprised by this result. If you think of all of the gift card possibilities and all of the different things that people like to buy, it seems like soap wouldn’t be terribly high on the list. Remember that period of time when Bath and Body Works went all high-end and carried a lot of fancy makeup, hair and skincare products? They don’t do that anymore… it’s pretty much down to soap and lipgloss.

Nonetheless, it came in first so if you are trying to figure out what to get for that friend who has everything, chances are she’ll like a Bath and Body Works gift card. So what came in second? Red Lobster gift cards. Yeah, I know. Random.
