The quickest way to zap away blemishes is to use a color corrector before applying your concealer and foundation. Correctors come in a cream base, liquid form and are available in loose mineral makeup form.

Blemishes tend to have a reddish/purple color to them. To neutralize this color, you would need to use a green color corrector. Green color correctors tones down redness, and works on scars, and broken capillaries.

Step One
– Prep the skin first with moisturizer and then apply the corrector directly to the spot that needs it. Use either a concealer brush or a sponge to dab the corrector over the area where needed.

Step Two
– Smooth and blend away the edges where the corrector is applied.

Step Three – Apply your concealer the same way, using either a brush or sponge. Blend and smooth out the concealer away. Follow-up with your foundation and powder. If you are using a mineral powder corrector, just dab the corrector in the desired areas and gently sweep away the excess.

Your welcome! It’s very confusing at first, feel free to ask me questions!

Thanks for this info! I’ve seen color correctors before, but I’ve never understood how to use them.
