In celebration of the soy milk festival in Hakone, Japan, a hot spring inn in Hakone Kowakien provided their guests with soy milk baths.
When I found out about this, I almost cried. You want to use yogurt masks, fine. You want to exfoliate with sugar/salt, fine. You want to bathe in soy milk? No.
It is a delicious drink that should be drunk.
However, bathing in milk is not as preposterous as it sounds. Rich in beta-hydroxyl acids, milk acts as natural skin conditioner that exfoliates and cleanses the skin, also helping in stimulating skin cell renewal.

it dose look really refreshing i’ve never been to a Jappanese hot springs but i really wanto go to one
I don’t find this too unusual. I’ve seen beauty tips before in magazines that include soaking your feet in milk and it supposedly does help your skin. Maybe soy milk would be better?
