How to get Bridgette Bardots Classic Look

French Actress, Bridgette Bardot was known for her temptress, seductive looks from the 1950’s to the 1960’s. She became one of the few European actresses at that time to receive major attention in the U.S. Bridgette perfected the tousled morning after look, the well defined cat eyes, and the pouty lips we see in beauty today.

Get her look:

The eyes are key to this look. Use an black or dark brown eye kohl or liquid liner and line both the top and bottom lash line. Do not smudge the bottom line, the line must be solid from inner corner to outer corner. When lining the top lash line, make the line just a tad thicker than normal. The eyelid should be a solid smooth color. You can also add a dark brown or black eyeshadow on the top eyelids. Follow up with mascara.

Cheeks should well contoured by applying a warmer tone just along the base of the cheekbones. Start by applying color in the hairline and work down, keep the color strong just along the cheek bone.

The Lips are pouty and peachy pink. Prep the lips with a lip plumper and carefully line the outside line of lips with a pink flesh tone lip liner. Fill the lips in with a pinky nude lipstick and pop on a gloss on top of the lips for shine.
