A report came out this week that summed up research done by the University of Queensland on hair color. The researchers concluded that blonde women earn an average of 7 percent more than any other hair color. Good news for us blondes!

The results could be purely coincidental — after all, there is no explanation of why they earn more. It’s just what the numbers added up to I guess. Interestingly, the study also concluded that blondes marry wealthier men. I’m not sure why the Australians felt that they needed to procure these statistics, but I’d bet that if they did the same study next year that there would be a different result. Until then, I’m going to enjoy the unexplained perks to being a blonde!
