First, you must ask yourself how much color do I really want? Will I tan later? If so, you will need to use a bronzer equal to how tan you are now.
Do you want just to be 1-2 notches darker than what my skin is right now? Find a bronzer that builds that amount of color naturally that will match your neck area mostly and the rest of your body.
Bronzer products come in both liquid and powder. I prefer the powder based products for a sun-kissed effect. The liquid works better for bronzing the body.
How to apply:
1. Use a buffer brush or a large blush brush to apply the bronzer in the high planes of the face, that is wherever sun light would naturally hit these high points on the face and tan.
2. Start with a brisk brush over the apples of the cheeks, down the bridge of the nose, buff softly on the forehead and on the chin.
3. Layer your bronzer if needed to produce just enough color to match your body.
There is nothing worse than a dark face and light body, it screams FAKE!
