NARS Tint Tubes

The obsession with orange makeup continues! Starting on May 1st, NARS will carry a limited-edition batch of Tint Tubes that can be used on your cheeks or lips for a pop of color! In preparation for a colorful Spring and Summer, the available colors are bright red, orange and fuchsia.

It has been reported that the colors are bright, but they are sheer enough that they don’t look clownish. The drawback to this product is that it’s pretty pricey — $38 for one tube! I’m not sure if I could commit to bright orange for that much money! NARS also has a lipstick coming out on the 15th of April that they describe as a “sheer guava” color called Love Devotion. I’m going to check it out to see if it gives me the punchy color I want for a little bit less ($24).
