In the world of beauty, landing a great job means working hard, being creative, meeting lots of people in your industry and oh, did I say work hard?

MTV is launching a new show called “Hired,” showing the world that the beauty industry is not always beautiful. Airing on June 1st at 4:00pm, the series will follow the cult classic beauty company “theBalm.”

They are looking for their next office assistant; only three applicants were called back. Their assignment was to pitch a new product idea to the staff at theBalm. It is sure to be insightful, definitely hilarious and most of all, real. Interested in working in beauty or fashion? Do you have what it takes?
