Have you ever seen someone with really obviously colored contact lenses? They always sort of freak me out a little bit. I knew people in high school who wore them and thought that nobody could tell, but when your eyes are lime green, it’s sort of a no-brainer. Dior has decided to try their hand at creating lenses for fashionistas, and I have to say… I don’t get it?

The lenses are rimmed with gold flakes and have a ‘CD‘ off to the side. I can’t imagine having a conversation with someone who was wearing these without being incredibly distracted by whatever they had floating around in their eyes. No word on the price of these things yet, but I can only imagine that they’ll be terribly overpriced. Oh, but rest assured, people will still buy them.

those look REALLY creepy… and looks fake too… color contacts are supposed to look natural!! >.<

ohhh i remember hearing rumors about these
but yeah - totally unneeded to brand name contact lenses..especially directly on them
eh - true though, but the only people who will buy them will be those that care that much about the name but whatever for CD - more money right?

I don’t doubt people will buy them
the thing is that for me at least, I can’t really tell when people are wearing contacts unless someone points it out

*patiently awaits until GEO or EOS starts making gold circle lenses*
