I’m a sucker for cute packaging and boy, does Dolly Wink packaging look cute! These lashes are perfect for making any gal look like the ones you see in Popteen, Ranzuki, or Ageha magazines. They have both top and bottom lashes as well as some felt tip liquid liners to create that perfect cat eye.
