Yeah, it’s really bad for your skin. Make-up, combined with perspiration, actually creates these little red bumps called sweat acne. But unfortunately, most people forget to take off their makeup before partaking in any sweat-inducing activity. Or at least, I do.
Here’s a list of when NOT to wear your makeup, number one being when you go and work out. Yes that’s a big one. Working out causes a lot of people to sweat. If you have one makeup when you’re working out, the sweat will combine with the makeup and clog your pores. And you don’t want that happening. So look at the list, if you’re one of the people that forget to take your makeup off before partaking in any of those activities, then write yourself a little reminder note. You don’t want your beautiful skin to start growing red bumps!
