I’m not sure if any of you guys heard about this cosmetic brand before, but beautyADDICTS has a few selections of makeup goodies that piqued my interest. Among those were their lip glosses called the sweetLIPS glosses (Yes their way of capitalizing slightly annoyed me) and their only selection of mascara known as the LashGALORE. Today, I’ll be taking a closer look at the above products and telling you my honest opinion about each.

The first thing I tried out was their line-up of lip gloss — the sweetLIPS glosses. It consists of four different shades, and I was given two of their shades: Express and Motivate. I was surprised to see how small they were because they were the half the size of a regular lip gloss. Moving onto the scent, oh gosh… they both have a nice hint of vanilla cake!!! Well, at least what’s what I thought. According to their product description, they are supposed to have some kind of vanilla scent in it. I was partly correct, right? The colors are sheer just like other regular lip glosses, so you can wear them on top of lipstick or other lip colors. Express has a peach tone that gives your lips a natural-looking shine. On the other hand, Motivate has a lilac color that gives your lips a little oomph! My favorite has to be Motivate because of its color and how pretty it looks on my lips! beautyADDICTS claims to hydrate your lips, but I personally did not think so. I had to put on a lip balm before wearing them (it could be because my lips get chapped easily).

The LashGALORE mascara seemed to be similar to the d.j.v. beautenizer Fiberwig LX mascara in my opinion. I remember trying out that mascara when I took a trip to Sephora one time. Both of them are clump-free and you can keep combing through your lashes with them a multiple times, building volume. However, I wasn’t too crazy about the LashGALORE because it’s not something I have used before. The formula is very dry, so I once thought the mascara completely dried out! Also, even with multiple coatings, my lashes looked pretty much the same. However, it does give you a natural finish since I can’t put on heavy coats. As far as lengthening is concerned, I did not see any change whatsoever. No offense, but I didn’t like the product so much.

Overall, I was okay with the products that were sent to me, but I personally cannot see myself using them everyday. The mascara didn’t do what they promised to do, but the lip glosses seemed promising.
