With Spring coming around, we’re starting to bust out those bright colors and glitters but sometimes we get frustrated with those stubborn glitter polishes that seem never to remove completely. Luckily MakeupbyMel has come up with a nice and simple technique that will do just the job and leaves your nail clean and ready for the next polish.
So now that you’ve removed your old polish, what nail color will you be rocking next?
