The earthquake and tsunami that hit Japan a month and a half ago is still fresh in people’s minds and there has been much support pouring in for this country. Lush joins those many supporters in raising funds to donate to the victims.
Lush has come up with its limited-edition Japan Relief collection that is comprised of the Rising Sun soap and Charity Pot lotion. All proceeds will benefit nonprofits: Rescue Stock Yard, the NGO Collaboration Center for Hanshin Quake Rehabilitation, Animal Peace, and Peace Boat. The company has been known to help those who have been affected by natural disasters, but this one has more meaning as it has 145 shops, a factor and 1600 staffers in Japan.
