Chipped nail polish is bad, but it’s even worse when you notice it’s chipping and you can’t do much about it until later. Unfortunately, 100% unchippable nail polish has yet to be created, but in the meantime, you should follow these tips on strengthening your nail polish!

Prevent
- Lighter nail polishes make it harder to actually see chipped nails.
- Painting a horizontal “stripe” across the top of the nail strengthens the polish and makes sure chips won’t happen.
- Put a base coat and a top coat for longer-lasting nail polish.

Disguise
- Use some kind of designs or sparkles and glitter to disguise a bad nail polish job.
