According to the October issue of Marie Claire, there’s a really expensive BB cream around on the market. But, it seems like Marie Claire got it wrong. Marie Claire reported that the Joseristine Marine Matrix BB Magic Cream was a whopping $138 USD. But when I read the company’s website along with many other sites with information on this BB Cream, the cream ACTUALLY costs $138 HKD, not USD. That’s equivalent to around 20 USD. Big difference.

Anyways, since the BB Cream was featured in Marie Claire, I’ll still do my best to introduce it to you all.

This BB Cream comes in a 30 mL bottle. The product is mainly made of:

- Rhodiola Sacra Root Extract: a strong antioxidants with some egg whites, so it has a anti-ageing effect.
- Citrus Fruit Extract: Contains Vitamin C. Has a whitening effect, and all the other good stuff about Vitamin C.
- Hydrolyzed Collagen: Repairs skin cells, resulting in less wrinkles and constant moisture as well. Can also speed up the process of recovering wounds.
- Sodium Hyaluronate: Allows the skin to be continously moist throught the whole day.
- Swiss Glacier Water: Not just any water, but glacier water from Swiss. This water is especially pure so it can moisturise your skin and keep it moisturised.

The product also contains SPF 30 PA++. It also promises to leave your skin light, refreshed, silky, moisturised and as usual, covers up your blemishes.

Comments have been very good for this product as most rate it 5 stars. They’ve also commented that it does a really good whitening job and covers up the pores really well too. It’s also very light and not cakey. It’s also said to be lighter in color so it suits the ladies of Asian countries like Hong Kong.

Well I guess Marie Claire got it wrong, but now I’ve decided to get myself a bottle when I go back to Hong Kong later this year.

a must have!!!! smile

Sounds good to me… xD

I knew there was a mistake with that article. $124 was too good to be true.

I would love to get this! It seems like a very good bargain, considering what my mom buys.
Would we be able to buy it online and have it shipped to the States? I don’t have the means to go to Asia for a long time…

I’m pretty sure they do international shipping, but it makes it a lot more expensive.
