Gareth Pugh collaborating with MAC for the Gareth Pugh for MAC collection out next month came as somewhat of a surprise to me. Prior to checking out the images of the collection (shown below), I had imagined the collection to look very avant garde with a lot of lines, cubes and cages. I turned out to be correct — the makeup and the packaging looks very much as if it had been born from all of Pugh’s most recent collections. As a fan of Gareth Pugh, I must say I am in love! Not just the packaging and the look of the collection but the hues present. Check out the images below:
