While gel/fluid eyeliner does wonders for people with shaky hands, I’ve found that it doesn’t produce the darkest lines. As a person with shaky hands, I’ve come to fear liquid liner. Recently I sucked it up to try out POPBeauty’s Ink Outliner in Inked (aka black). Ink Outliner is a thick pen designed for bold black precision lining. Or, liquid liner made easy.

As pictured, Ink Outliner is a thick pen with a fat felt tip. The thickness of the pen is made for an easier grip. While I quite enjoyed this, I found the pen to be a little short. While it’s tolerable, an extra inch or two would made the eye-lining experience more comfortable.

This is what Inked Outliner in Inked looks like on:

Application is pretty straightforward and easy with hardly any mess-ups or accidental smudges. Unless you deliberately try to make a mess of application. The trick to to line the middle of your eye and work on the edges last for a straight line. It only takes you three strokes to produce a precise bold line.

The Ink Outliner lasted me all day long without any smudges. The color held up well, making it look like I had just applied the Ink Outliner! Here’s me with it on after 8 hours:

Overall, I highly recommend POPBeauty’s Ink Outliner if you’re looking for a bold black-lined eye and you’ve got shaky hands. The Ink Outliner makes your eyes look super effortless!
