Even though sleep is good for your skin, sometimes, depending on if you ate before bed or just slept funny, a puffy face ends up unhappily greeting you in the morning. Follow today’s Beauty Tip of the Day to find out a way to combat it.

Before you head off to bed, place two drink cans in the fridge (freezer if you make sure that it isn’t a carbonated one that might explode). By the time it hits morning, they’ll be nicely chilled for you to use as an ice pack on your face. Just roll them around to tame the puffy and bloated cheeks that you woke up with.

Not to mention that after the initial discomfort of something cold on your face, it’ll feel pretty refreshing and be able to wake you up even more for the day ahead.
