Nice, soft and smooth skin. This is especially desirable yet hard to attain during the cold and windy days which often leave skin dry, blotchy and red to the point that lotion just doesn’t fix it. That is why I decided to try Shiseido’s White Lucent Brightening Moisturizing Gel W!
Shiseido’s website says, “A brightening nighttime moisturizer that revitalizes skin after daily exposure to external stressors such as UV rays and dryness. Improves skin texture to optimize skin… Recommended for normal to oily skin.”
The container is really cute, a 10mL container with a metallic, shiny rounded dark pink twist-off cap. Inside, there is a white gel that is a bit more on the watery side, yet isn’t runny. It smells fresh and like many other Shiseido products. It only took me two dabs with my finger to evenly spread the gel across my whole entire face! After application and absorption, my face always feels refreshed and hydrated, right before beddy-bye time. I wake up the next day, and the moisture is still there. Amazing. A for the whitening part, I wouldn’t say I’ve witnessed any huge changes, but my skin doesn’t turn red much anymore even if the wind is threatening to tear my face off (okay, maybe not quite so harsh)… if that counts.
Here’s what the gel looks like:
I’ve been putting this gel onto my face every single night after i cleanse my face for a few weeks now, and the condition of my skin has gotten better than before! No added redness, and my skin is getting softer by the day. The full sized brightening moisturizing gel is 50mL rather than my 10mL mini one, and it costs a whopping $59.50! That’s no surprise for a Shiseido product, though. I would say that this gel is worth trying out if you are willing to spend the money! Go here for purchasing details.
