Cosmetics brand, NARS, has revealed its upcoming Spring 2012 Collection that has proved to be quite surprising. Instead of having colors that complement one another, NARS decided to go with quite a bit of mismatched colors.

In a press release, NARS stated, “I never pay attention to rules like, >>No matte makeup in warm weather<<. Matte is perfectly appropriate for spring, especially in a strong berry shade. In fact, it’s the perfect transitional color and texture to bridge winter and summer.”

Check out what the brand has to offer:

- Douce France Trio Eyeshadow: three pink/rose shades (shimmery icy pink, shimmery rose-petal pink, matte deep rose)
- Paramaribo Duo Eyeshadow: two shades (brass and bronze)
- Lhasa Single Eyeshadow: shimmery lavender-grey
- Dark Rite Soft Touch Shadow Pencil: dark blue tint

- NARS Valparaiso Pure Matte Lipstick
- NARS Mexican Rose Velvet Gloss Lip Pencil
- NARS Bilbao Lipstick

- Diamond Life Nail Polish: lavender
- NARS Gaiety Blush: soft candy-pink

I’m really a fan of all the colors used :D! all of them are really great!


I like their Douce France Trio Eyeshadow and Paramaribo Duo Eyeshadow. Really nice colors that can blend well and create a nice look. smile
What a pretty lavender color for their nail polish!
