The holidays are coming, and without a doubt, girls are preparing different looks for the numerous Christmas parties they’ll attend. There is no reason for you to be spending big bucks on styling your hair everytime, or bedazzling your hair with all sorts of accessories. A simple low ponytail or low bun is classy and perfect for the holiday seasons. (In fact, this hairstyle was seen in many Spring looks, such as Chanel, Ralph Lauren, and Carolina Herrera.)

So what exactly are the steps?
1) Gently pull hair back and apply a bit of shine serum/gel on your hair.
2) Tie your hair into a low ponytail.
3) Add some texture to the ponytail by lifting bits of your hair with your fingers.
4) Style your ponytail with a simple red elastic or a grosgrain ribbon (just something Christmas-y!)
5) AVOID bows because we are no longer 10.

Refrain from making hairstyles like these too neat and tidy, but we want it to be a natural look with a volume and texture.This process should only take 5 minutues, TOPS! So don’t worry about allotting a fat-3-hours before a party JUST to do your hair.
