Often times, it’s admirable and exciting when someone goes all out and beyond the norm makeup-wise. There are also times when it’s just crazy. Some people like to test out different eyeshadows, including bright neon shades that easily stand, and other wacky and “out-there” ideas. And others just hand all the makeup to their husband and let the lord lead the way…
