Mentioning NARS Cosmetics, most people are probably aware that it is a name that goes with quality pretty well. Though this year, they’ve decided to step up and make their presence more known in the world of fashion week around the world.

To kick it off, they were able to recently participate in their first Paris Haute Couture show, by way of Bouchra Jarrar’s AW 2012 runway show. Check out down below to see how you can get the same look yourself.

Christophe Danchaud for NARS Cosmetics was the lead artist for the look and with designer Bouchra Jarrar wanted a look that was elegant, luminous and detailed, with a particular focus on the bottom eyelid.

Going further, Danchaud explained, “The skin is transparent, with the cheek lending a touch of color. Woody, pink lips, and a dark, smudged liner give it a feeling that it’s a bit worn in, because Bouchra wanted to communicate a feeling of warmth through her collection and the makeup.”
