Lauren Conrad to go eco-friendly with BlueAvocado

The former reality star has done a lot when it comes to fashion and beauty. She has done fashion lines, written columns and of course given out advice when it come to hair and makeup, but now she is venturing into something new again. She has just announced what her newest conquest is: the eco-friendly industry.

Lauran Conrad collaborated with BlueAvocado, a women-founded sustainable lifestyle products company, on a green collection of home, travel, and cosmetic accessories.

She said, “The BlueAvocado partnership represents a synergy of things I love to do—design great products, enable women to realize their dreams, and inspire thoughtful action…. Once you realize the responsibility we have to improve our environment in our lifetime, you feel compelled to act with urgency. BlueAvocado provides a canvas for me to invite change.”

To show that she is committed, she invited 395,000+ Facebook fans to be a part of the BlueAvocado mission. Although the products won’t be released till summer, it sounds like a load of fun! Meanwhile, keep updated on this project here.
