I’m always looking for ways to eliminate fine lines and large pores with makeup and NYX’s Studio Perfect Photo-Loving Primer caught my eyes! Primer helps make sure that your foundation last a lot longer than what it would necessarily last on its own and even helps even out your skin for better application.

With the Clear primer in my hands, here’s a little tidbit from NYX on their product:

Prepare your canvas with our silky primer. The Studio Perfect Primer formula is easily absorbed, creates a smooth surface for foundation, and ensures the longevity of your makeup. Available in 3 shades: Clear (to cover fine lines and large pores); Lavender (to brighten and illuminate yellow undertones); and Green (to eliminate redness).

Squeezing out the formula of this primer, it reminds me a lot like glue because it’s so thick and it is supposed to act like glue between your face and your foundation. However, it of course doesn’t feel like glue. It feels more like a cream that feels like it’s not there at all and is very easy to apply all over your face.

Overall, I like this primer a lot. It gives me a smooth finish for me to apply my foundation over easily and it helps my foundation last longer throughout the day! The only concern I have with this is that it does get used up quite quickly since you need a lot of it for you face.
