This is such a pretty preppy look to do that doesn’t take too much effort. Use a binder paper sticker to tape off the rounded edge and paint your nails black. Using a white polish make two half circles to make the rounded peter pan collar. Remove the sticker and apply topcoat over the entire nail and then place little golden beads down the center to emulate buttons.
