Vanity Fair’s March issue investigates the secret to how celebrities continuously look so young, and the answer was found. Human growth hormones (HGH) injections are the key to why celebrities are looking young, and it’s not something to be happy about.
One film maker who uses the injections confessed, “I am one of the pathetically insecure Hollywood people who, like everyone else who lives here, is overly concerned with looks. My internal organs got healthier quickly. And I could feel it—the main impact of HGH…is really useful, I found. It very much imbues you with a sense of clarity and confidence.”
HGH isn’t unhealthy, but when using it for a cosmetic purpose, the future stands unclear. The injections results in growth disorders and hormone deficiencies, nor is it FDA approved, unless prescribed for children and adults.
The injections usually cost a whopping price of $10,000. HGH have already been banned from many major league sport teams since the early 2000’s.
It’s really disappointing how far people are willing to go in order to retrieve society’s perception of “beautiful.”
