MAC’s nature-inspired Vera collection

Cosmetics brand MAC has collaborated with many well known fashion brands like Gareth Pugh, Daphne Guinness, and Iris Apfel , and their next collaboration is with The Vera Company.

Their latest collection will be in stores February 9th through March 1st and it carries the work of late artist Vera Neumann.

These limited edition goodies will reference Neumann’s iconic nature-inspired motifs (butterflies, ladybugs, flowers) and playful splashes of color with “shades plucked straight from her most lavish prints.” Meaning, all the products from this collection, like the Pearlmatte Face Powder compacts (in Sunday Afternoon and Flower Fantasy), would have nature-inspired names and prints on them (like a ladybug).

Other products that are up for sale are, eye palettes (Butterfly Party and Strawberry Patch), pearlescent eye liners in shades of teal and violet, shimmering pink and coral Plushgloss lippies, and nail lacquers dubbed Midsummer’s Dream (a pink lilac) and Play Day (pale milky coral).
