Ah yes, moisturizers, my new best friends. Although I’m still way too young to have wrinkles (well I do hope so,) I can’t help but think to combat those wrinkles from happening before my time is even up. To do so, I tried out AmorePacific’s Rejunentating Creme.

Here’s what it claims to do:

This cream, formulated with pure, stabilized bamboo sap, stimulates the production of hyaluronic acid in the skin to retain moisture throughout the layers of the skin, not only on the surface. This 24-hour time-release formula diminishes fine lines and wrinkles. It works to increase cellular turnover and regeneration, revealing brightness and radiance. It also provides antioxidants to protect skin from free radical damage.

Here’s the packaging of the sample that I received: (the instructions sheet is written in English, Korean and Japanese if you are trilingual in those three languages)

Here’s how the cream looks like:

When I first unscrewed the top of this cream, I thought for sure that this one was going to be one of those heavy night creams that luxury brands usually put out. Well, let’s just say that I was proved wrong with assuming things. The cream is actually really lightweight and absorbs into the skin really quickly. There is a slight perfume scent that doesn’t bother me too much because I find that it smells good. Having put it on for a couple of weeks now, I can definitely say that my skin feels a lot softer than it did when I first started using it. My skin also seems to glow a lot more than it used to (probably because I upped my beauty routine since I was getting too lazy.)

Overall, if you have the money to splurge for this, I’d say go for it. Seeing how Korean beauty brands seem to be doing good at the duty-free shops these days, you might actually want to wait until you’re crossing the border to lug out the money to buy this.

Score: 4/5
