Wrinkles are not something that I want to have but lately after sleeping very late, I’ve been more self-conscious about whether or not I might develop wrinkles under my eyes early. To combat against getting them, I decided to try out T Fivve’s Anti-Aging Eye Repair Serum. More »

Continuing the rose theme in Lancome’s Spring 2012 La Roseraie Des Delices Collection is the Color Design 5 Pan Shadow and Liner Palette in Rose Romance. Although Lancome’s Spring 2012 collection is an homage to the rose, I can’t help but be reminded of macarons! The Rose Romance palette is a mix of bright and pale pinks, peach and a burgundy liner. Here’s a look at the palette: More »

Released as part of Lancome’s Roseraie Des Delices Spring 2012 Collection, Le French Touch Absolu Nu in Cotton Candy is a sheer cotton candy pink lipstick in limited edition packaging inspired by Lancome’s heritage lipsticks. Like the Green Petal Color Fever Gloss, the Le French Touch Absolu Nu in Cotton Candy looks super bold but results in a less-shocking shade. More »

In keeping with Lancome’s La Roseraie Des Delices theme, comes Lancome’s Color Fever Gloss in Green Petals. After all, why should pink rose petals have all the fun? It’s time for green lip gloss to have a moment. No, seriously. More »

Large pores on your t-zone area isn’t quite ideal to most people. I happen to have a lot of blackheads on my nose too, so I am not the happiest when it comes to pores. Naturally, after hearing about Boscia’s No Pores No Shine T-Zone Treatment, I wanted to give it a try to see if it would stay true to its words about being everything I wanted in a product. More »

As the star of Lancome’s Roseraie Des Delices Spring 2012 collection, Lancome’s La Roseraie Illuminating Powder is an exquisitely packaged multi-color powder blush embossed with a gorgeous rose. So gorgeous, that it pained me to actually dip a brush into it for fear of ruining the rose. Life, why are you so hard? On to the review, shall we: More »

Ah yes, the life of a student, currently it’s exam time where I live, and I definitely needed a boost of radiance from staying up late at night to study and cram for exams. When I received a chance to try out Clinique’s Turnaround Overnight Radiance Moisturizer, I was quite interested because 1) I’ve never actually used overnight creams before and 2) I definitely needed a boost of radiance after a long night. I always like trying out new eyeliners. Mainly pencil liners because I like how they look on my eyes and they’re probably the easiest to use for me. This time, I tried out NYX’s Eye/Eyebrow Pencil in 901 Black. More »

I grew up listening to a lot of punk music from bands such as Hedley and Simple Plan so when I received the opportunity to try out Popbeauty’s Pretty Punk Eyeshadow Palette, I was curious to see if it could live up to my love for punk music. More »

I’m always looking for ways to eliminate fine lines and large pores with makeup and NYX’s Studio Perfect Photo-Loving Primer caught my eyes! Primer helps make sure that your foundation last a lot longer than what it would necessarily last on its own and even helps even out your skin for better application. More »

Always open for new products and products that have gorgeous product packaging, I opted to try out Missha’s M Luminous Lipstick Rouge in the colour PK108, which is quite a bright berry pink. More »

If you were the weird kid in elementary school who enjoyed putting glue on your hands only to peel your skin off a few minutes later, you’re in luck. Using Missha’s Super Aqua Oxygen Micro Essence Peeling made me feel like that weird kid again, but in a delightful way devoid of that weird glue smell. This product straight from Korea is described by Missha as an, “essence peeling gel made with micro peeling technology that produces micro oxygen particles that penetrate deeply into the skin to eliminate dead skin cells without scrubbing and provide nutrition to the deepest layer of the skin.” Whew. If you thought that was a long description, get a load of the characteristics of the product (as described by Missha): More »

Given the positive response Urban Decay’s received from the Naked Palette, they decided to go Naked again. Not literally of course, but in the form of Naked 2. And so for the first time, I’ve decided to take the plunge and go Naked…Naked 2 that is. How many times more will I be saying ‘naked’ in this review? Too many times. So go on, let’s get Naked(2) with me: More »

Being an occasional reader of Teen Vogue and Seventeen, I definitely saw a lot of advertisements for Clinique’s Chubby Stick Moisturizing Lip Colour Balm. When I got a chance to try it out in the shade Mega Melon, I was estatic because I could try out this unique looking lip stick! More »

Ah yes, winter. I do love winter as it makes it really easy for me to not have super oily skin, but unfortunately, that means my skin definitely needs a lot of moisture. Since foundations are quite heavy and I’m not the biggest fan of using heavier products in the winter, I decided I needed something a lot lighter. Here’s where Stila’s Illuminating Tinter Moisturizer comes in. Not only is it going to provide your skin with lots of moisture, it’ll also help you even your skintone out a little bit while giving you a dewy look. I have the shade ‘Shade 02‘ if you were wondering. More »
