The bigger the better, they say right? Surely this applies to lips as well! If you’re a face of thin lips, you probably own at least a couple of lip plumpers. Facial hair for a girl is something that you never want to have to deal with. And for some, they’re lucky enough to avoid it altogether but for those of us with non-blonde hair, the thought that it’s more visible than it is has probably popped into your head once or twice while examining your face in the bathroom mirror. With taking a razor to your face being a beauty no-no, bleaching is an option (though it doesn’t get rid of it) or using a depilatory cream is a fair option to take (and much less expensive than hitting up the laser). At first glance, it’s easy to assume Etude House’s 2NE1 Follow Me Lip Tint in Pink Follower is blue lipstick. Well Smurf lovers, such is not the case. Follow Me Lip Tint in Pink Follower is actually a lip tint that changes color based on how many times you apply it. To be cute, it’s put differently in the product’s marketing — the lip tint changes color based on how much ‘passion’ you have. Apparently in Korea where Etude House is based, passion is measured in how many times you apply lip tint. The more you apply, the more intense the color. In this case, color can start off as pale pink and end up a bright fuchsia. More »

It seems I’ve been on a roll trying out hybrid beauty products, specifically of the half-lipstick half-lip gloss nature. My latest stab was at NYX’s Soft Matte Lip Cream in Antwerp.
