In my interview with Lipstick Queen creator, Poppy King, we chatted about her Black Tie Optional lip products, which are sheer black products that you layer underneath your normal lip color. Now, if you’ve never heard of Poppy and/or Lipstick Queen, you are missing out. Big time.
