Each year, Marc Jacobs releases a new set of limited edition body splash fragrances. I’m a regular user of Marc’s signature perfume, but sometimes during the summer months it’s nicer to just use a lighter scent (I’m no scientist, but I seem to remember from a science class that the warmer the weather is, the faster molecules move, making perfumes seem stronger). Pop star Beyonce is jumping on the fragrance bandwagon and releasing her first scent, Beyonce Heat, in February. She did an exclusive interview with WWD in which she talks about the long process that goes into finalizing a perfume. She says that she wore the scent while she was on tour, and got compliments from fans at meet-and-greet sessions on it.
